Refund Policy

Sales are final and items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the buyer changes their mind after the purchase.

Damages 

Each device is packaged with the care, while rare, accidents can still happen during shipping. If your device is damaged during shipping, please send a message by email to info@thesystemcore.com

• Please contact TSC within 14 days from the day of delivery and include the details and photo(s) of the damage to: info@thesystemcore.com

Refunds are for items that do not function with their setup, and the device must be returned to TSC for full credit.

• All TSC devices have a limited Product Coverage for each device that you can find in your devices manual.
